Robbie, Tim, Justin and I took a road trip up 395 and road 3 different areas on Friday through Sunday.

We rode from Bridgeport to the Historic town of Bodie and then to the Nevada state line. In some areas the snow was perfect and others it was wind blown. Friday was sunny to cloudy with no snowfall. We rod as high as 10,600 feet.

On Saturday we rode from Bridgeport West to 10,050 Ricky Peak. The snow was better as some of the areas are protected from the wind. The climbing was awesome for sure. It snowed off and on all day.

Sunday we rode closer to home and tore up the east side of 395 at Mammoth and never rode south of the rest area that's closed. We rode up to Bald Mountain lookout and through the trees. The traisl are groomed and in good shape with plenty of snow. We didn't ride the trails but a couple of miles but they were excellent. It was sunny in the morning and started to snow pretty good in the afternoon.

It was a great trip with great friends. Even Timmy!

sounds like a great trip... Thanks for the mammoth update... We're heading up there this weekend and pretty much ride the east side also. Storms this week and into the weekend are piling up 3+ feet, should be good powder fun.

Rode Mammoth Sat and Sun. Conditions are excellent and it's March 1st!! 2 ft of fresh on the east side, another foot predicted this week and more to come maybe next weekend! Had some trail sleds with us so we were limited, but rode the flats and up to Bald Mtn, with alot of off trail along the way. Last grooming was on the 25th, 1 to 2 ft of new along all the trails... snow is up to the roof at the warming hut on Bald, and some good hill climbing in the area, with good bonding of the snow layers.
Enjoy, should be a great spring..
