monday morning...and persist into the evening. Snow levels over
mariposa county will drop to around 1000 feet...with a gradual
rise to near 4000 feet over the grapevine in kern county. Total
snow accumulation in excess of 1 to 2 feet are likely above
4000 feet of the sierra nevada...with up to a foot possible over
the grapevine.

sierra nevada crest just before the storm and produce locally
white-out conditions.
