SnowFest 2010 schedule

    Can you post the schedule on the forum? If not what is the best means for contact? (Email/Phone)?

    Here is the schedule for SnowFest 2010.

    SnowFest 2010 is on schedule for the weekend of February 27, 2010.
    PLEASE do not bring your vehicles to the Quaking Aspen campgrounds as parking is very limited, either part at the North Road, just before the campgrounds or in the Ponderosa area. And ride your snowmobile to the campgrounds.
    Friday: February 26th, informal get together at the Ponderosa Lodge. Dinner and/or drinks with friends.
    Saturday: February 27th:
    08:30 AM – breakfast for workers (no late arrivals) at Quaking Aspen campgrounds.
    10:00 AM – clients arrive and are served Hot Chocolate and riding on snowmobiles begin
    NOON – lunch is served to all, and again snowmobile rides
    2:00 PM – clients boards their bus and depart. We all clean up the area.
    Trail boss rides from the campgrounds
    6:00 PM – get together at the Ponderosa Lodge for a BBQ. Bring your favorite meat to BBQ and a dish to share. Cocktails bar is no host !
    Sunday: February 28th, 09:30 - Breakfast at the Ponderosa Lodge, hosted by the Sequoia Snowmobilers club.
    After breakfast, rides in the local area.
