southern storm 21-22 DEC 2-plus feet at 5000 elevation

    NOAA is forecasting 2-3 feet of snow at 5000 feet in the next 48 hours for Kern / Tulare Sequoia area.

    Snowfall diminishes north ... Mammoth expected to get 1 foot next 24 hours.

    Los Angeles County .... 1-6 feet !!! with 10 inches of rain for the next 24 hours in city of Los Angeles !

    Los Angeles averages 15-20 inches a year.

    They downgraded the storm amounts in Los Angeles and moved snow levels to 6000 feet.

    LA to get 1-3 feet snow and 1-5 inches of rain. Kern/Tulare snow levels the same with elevation down to 5000 feet

    Calling for cloudy skies aftyer today for next 5 plus days.
